This hotel experience was nightmarish. We arrived with a pet reservation that they denied and faced an unwelcoming attitude from the staff. The room was disgustingly unclean, with trash, mold, and an overall sense of neglect. We decided to leave immediately as it felt unsafe. On the other hand, I had a delightful stay at another hotel which surprised me with its cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent value for money, including a great dinner and breakfast at just 45 euros.

My experience at this hotel was shockingly bad. When we arrived, we were informed that they didn't allow pets, despite their website saying otherwise. The room we were given was filthy and in a terrible state, with trash and mold everywhere. We felt unwelcome and unsafe, and after trying to leave, we discovered the front door was locked, making it worse. On a positive note, the facility's location was decent, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all due to the lack of cleanliness and terrible service.
